In today’s economically changing times, it’s not a good idea to spend money on services that are not of immediate use to you. Many residents are super focused on saving money wherever possible. So, when there is a fee on service calls, questions come up asking if the fee necessary. For example, a resident might ask for a commission from a company that provides free estimates for heating repairs. They would be expecting the company to cover all costs including, sending a technician to their house, identifying the problem, and offering a repair estimate. All without charging anything.
